Welcome to Xavier University!

This portal is designed to support our Intern guests through the registration and application process for housing.

Summer Intern Housing is available at a rate of $50/ night and requires a minimum stay of 28 nights (4 weeks). At the conculsion of your application, you will be asked to submit a deposit in the amount of 1 week rent payment ($350). This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid via Credit Card. An invoice containing your remaining balance and due dates will be sent via email within 5 business days of application completion.

Rent payments are due on a monthly basis for the following month, typically on the last day of the month or the last Friday of the month when the month ends on the weekend. Any amount due for May not covered in your deposit, will be included on your June rent payment. For 2026 this will be:

-May 29, 2026 (May and June)

-June 30, 2026 (July)

-July 31, 2026 (August)

If you haven't already, please create an account. Once you have an active account you can begin the application for your intern houising experience. Interns registering as part of a corporate group will complete the same application as individuals and will be prompted in the application process for additional information.
